City-lined Engagement Session

This couple is actually friends of mine! We met downtown off Allen Parkway and used the Houston skyline, and down along the bayou as our backdrop. The shoot finished under a canopy of trees and we made it back to our cars right when the rain started. Lucky!

Boudoir-Ish

Sexy photography is something I've always been a fan of. There is a fine line though, and crossing it could have you stepping directly into a cheese factory. In my opinion, it must be natural. 

Here are a couple of my favorite shots from my latest boudoir session! For privacy concerns, I've decided against posting the full body shots (which are not nudes, though there is nothing wrong with that, either); but you can get a feel of how a shoot like this turns out.

Houston Wedding at The Grove

I'm happy to finally post some of the images from my latest wedding at The Grove at Discovery Green in downtown Houston. Lee and Ann said their vows at twilight and just adjacent to a grandiose light installation in the gardens at Discovery Green.

Model Shoot - Sharon

In late December I ran a photography special for a $200, 1 hour shoot; anything goes! My cousin Sharon rang me up and booked a birthday modeling shoot for her daughter (also named Sharon) who is just about to turn thirteen. The girl is multitalented in acting, singing, acrobatic cheerleading and probably many other things that would inspire us all to get up and do more with ourselves. She was mature, self aware and did incredibly well as a model.  Great job Sharon! You rock.

Isn't she a doll? She did so well y'all.
